Job summary

Stone Peak Recruiting is seeking an Underground Utility Pipe Superintendent for Billings, MT. You will lead on-site management of underground utility construction, supervising field crews across water, storm, and sewer work, from inception to completion.

A background in underground utilities and five years of supervisory experience is preferred, with a valid driver1s license and insurance requirements in place.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in construction management; 5 years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Direct experience and knowledge of underground utility construction.
• Must have valid driver1s license and meet insurance requirements (Class A CDL preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead safety-focused on-site culture and enforce safety policies.
• Oversee all safety on the job site including incidents and equipment.
• Review contracts, plans, specs, drawings, and quantity books to fulfill duties.
• Manage manpower and equipment needs, scheduling, hiring, and supervising subs.
• Assist with time cards, records, and daily logs.
• Maintain construction documents and change orders, schedules, and RFIs.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Project Manager or Ops.
• Drive a vehicle to visit sites and attend meetings.
