Huitt-Zollars, Inc. in Dallas, TX seeks a Senior Transportation Project Manager with 10+ years of experience to lead transportation design projects and pursue new work across Texas. The role emphasizes client relationship building, seller-doer responsibilities, and strong TxDOT project management credentials.

You will oversee scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk, mentor staff, and contribute to pursuing and winning transportation contracts. PE licensed in Texas preferred.

Qualifications

• BS Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer licensed in Texas (PE).
• 10+ years in transportation design and project management.
• Experience managing TxDOT projects and PS&E development.
• Proficient with OpenRoads and ProjectWise; TxDOT pursuits knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Project Manager and oversee successful delivery of transportation projects.
• Develop, oversee, and monitor scope, schedule, budget, quality and risk.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams and coordinate subconsultants.
• Mentor and develop project engineers and staff; participate in professional societies.
• Lead business development for TxDOT and other transportation clients.
