RSI EnTech currently seeks a qualified Project Manager for transmission lines, substations, and telecom within the TVA service territory. The role supports hybrid work from TVA offices, remote sites, or jobsites, with emphasis on scheduling, budgeting, and cross‑functional leadership.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's in Engineering (Electrical preferred) and have 5+ years in project management, especially in transmission/grid projects.

Competenze

• Leadership and communication skills required for directing multi‑discipline teams.
• Experience with project scoping, cost estimating, and schedule management.
• Willingness to travel and work outside normal hours as needed.

Mansioni

• Lead projects from planning through completion within budget and schedule.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to meet performance goals.
