Qualifications

• 10+ years in progressively responsible role with extensive estimating experience.
• Experience working on tenant interiors construction projects.
• Proven record of success on large and/or complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Support preconstruction efforts including budget preparation.
• Coordinate permit applications and monitor project goals.
• Manage shop drawings, RFIs, and change order processes.
