Jobot is seeking an experienced Interiors Project Manager to lead high-end tenant improvements and corporate interior buildouts across the Chicagoland area. This role requires coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver quality projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial interior construction projects.
• Strong understanding of interior trades and cost controls.
• Experience with schedules, budgets, and change management.
• Proficiency with project management software and MS Office.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage interior construction projects from design development through final turnover.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Lead subcontractor buyouts, contract scopes, and change management processes.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
• Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals for interior scopes.
• Resolve field issues and mitigate project risks.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards, contractual requirements, and deadlines.
• Prepare and deliver regular project status reports to leadership and clients.
