Qualifications
- 5 – 15 years post-graduate full-time experience in a design or architectural firm.
- Capable of performing all construction phase activities including review of shop drawings.
- Working knowledge of accessibility requirements.
Responsibilities
- Implement project design philosophy and manage successful project execution.
- Organize work efforts of the project team and facilitate communication.
- Lead team meetings and client presentations.
Skills
Strong design sensibility and attention to detail
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to lead a project
Proficient in Revit
Familiarity with local building codes
Experience in residential and commercial interiors
Education
Accredited professional degree in interior design or architecture
NCIDQ Certificate Holder, Registered Interior Designer or Licensed Architect
