What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Lead, execute, and deliver critical Oracle ERP finance-driven projects
2. Follow standard project methodology and defined SDLC processes to create innovative applications
3. Manage all aspects of the SDLC process including timelines, scope, budgets, resources, and delivery
4. Coordinate with business and IT stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
5. Mentor and coach other project managers on the team

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
2. 2 years of experience leading and delivering Tier 1 ERP projects for the entire SDLC process
3. Proven experience managing ERP projects using waterfall and agile methodologies
4. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
5. Ability to travel up to 25%

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or electrical engineering
2. PMP certification
3. 10 years of experience leading Tier 1 ERP projects with multiple integrated work streams
4. Experience implementing Oracle EBS
5. Background in the IT/Finance area of a logistics or supply chain organization
