Capital One is seeking a Principal Associate in Project Management to lead cross-functional initiatives within the FPDS Product organization. You will own end-to-end project delivery, governance, and stakeholder communication across diverse teams, driving operational improvements and standardized processes.

The role emphasizes ownership of outcomes, senior leadership updates, and collaboration to align competing priorities. Strong PM and Agile/WF/Hybrid experience are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or military experience required.
• 4+ years of end-to-end Project Management or Product Management experience.
• 3+ years of experience with Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid methodologies.
• 2+ years of experience with Google Suite or Microsoft Office.

Mansioni

• Plan, design, manage, and execute strategic and tactical project plans to ensure on-time delivery across the full product lifecycle.
• Maintain project governance and documentation, including RAID logs and artifacts, adapting structures to changing requirements.
• Leverage analytical skills to manage scope, timelines, dependencies, and budgets.
• Build trust-based relationships across organizational levels and communicate updates to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and establish scalable, standardized business processes across the organization.
