Capital One is seeking a Principal Project Manager within the FPDS Product organization to lead end-to-end strategic initiatives across cross-functional teams. This role emphasizes planning, governance, and executive communication to drive on-time delivery across the product lifecycle.

You will partner with Product Leaders to remove bottlenecks, design scalable processes, and report progress to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
• 4+ years of end-to-end Project Management or Product Management experience leading cross-functional strategic or technical initiatives.
• 3+ years of experience with Agile or Waterfall or Hybrid methodologies.
• 2+ years of experience using Google Suite (Sheets and Slides) or Microsoft (Excel and PowerPoint).
• PMP/Lean/Agile/Six Sigma or change-management certifications preferred.

Responsabilités

• Plan, design, manage, and execute strategic and tactical project plans to ensure on-time delivery across the full product lifecycle.
• Maintain project governance and documentation, including RAID logs and artifacts.
• Communicate updates, risks, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable, standardized processes across the organization.
