CHG Healthcare is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide strategic initiatives within Strategic Operations. You will manage complex, cross-functional projects, drive schedules, risks, and dependencies, and report to executives with clear dashboards.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with experience guiding teams in both Waterfall and Agile environments, and a Bachelor’s degree with PMP certification.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology or related field.
• Minimum eight years leading projects in varied frameworks.
• PMP certification required.
• Proficient in Claude, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SmartSheet and JIRA.
• Agile and Waterfall experience; strong communication and leadership.

• Collaborate with Program Manager and sponsor to define success criteria.
• Oversee projects to defined outcomes and manage schedules.
• Create and maintain project artifacts throughout lifecycle.
• Apply PM tools to meet scope, time, cost, and quality goals.
• Provide executive visibility on project health and risks.
• Drive progress through stakeholder engagement and change control.
