Prime Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple complex programs, aligning business, IT and vendor workstreams to deliver on scope, budget and schedule. You will apply PM discipline across lifecycle, mentor other PMs and drive continuous improvement within the PM Practice.

Responsibilities include managing artifacts, stakeholder communications, risk and issue management, and ensuring high-quality deliverables while partnering with leadership to advance Prime’s project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5 years of work experience in project management.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Strong organizational change management and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to lead diverse project teams and influence stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Manage multiple complex medium sized or one large project with stakeholders.
• Adhere to PM discipline and Prime lifecycle standards; prepare artifacts and exec materials.
• Manage projects across lifecycle using various methodologies (Waterfall, Agile).
• Interface with governance, business and IT leadership, vendors and clients.
• Analyze service quality baselines and report trends to leadership.
• Resolve team conflicts and mentor PMs and associates.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
