Job summary

Frontgrade Technologies LLC is seeking a Program Manager IV to oversee the overall execution of the project and coordinate the project team at our Exeter, NH location. You will manage stakeholder communication, deliverables reporting, and alignment with company goals to ensure successful project delivery.

The role includes risk management, resource planning, and customer communications, with a focus on maintaining risk registers and driving project success in a high-stakes environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight (8) years of experience in a specialized functional discipline.
• OR (12) years may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree.
• OR (6) years of experience may be considered with a Masters Degree.
• OR (3) years of experience may be considered with a PhD.

Responsibilities

• Administer the project risk management process and prepare risk management plans.
• Analyze plans, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare bid estimates for projects.
• Assess, plan, and engage project resources as needed throughout the life of the project.
• Communicate the project plan, including objectives and responsibilities, to the project team.
• Communicate with the customers and the project team, and conduct project meetings.
• Drive project delivery and ensure excellence in project deliverables.
• Maintain a project risk register and ensure that the project risk profile is accurate and current.
• Manage and oversee all aspects of customer service including scheduling.
