Job summary

ennVee TechnoGroup Inc is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the modernization of the Child Support Management System within an Integrated Eligibility System program. You will plan, execute, and deliver complex technology initiatives across cross-functional teams, ensuring on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery in a regulatory environment.

Remote work up to 100% may be possible with manager approval, but on-site Albany attendance is required for major milestones.

Qualifications

Experience managing complex IT projects, including large modernization initiatives.
Proven ability to develop and manage plans, schedules, budgets, and resources.
Strong risk, issue, and change control processes.
Excellent stakeholder communications with technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience with cross-functional teams including analysts, architects, developers, and QA.
Experience with Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid SDLC approaches.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of complex technology projects.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, budgets, and status reports.
Coordinate requirements, design, development, testing, and deployment activities.
Manage vendor and inter-agency coordination and data exchange efforts.
Ensure deliverables meet quality, regulatory, and program objectives.
Mentor project staff and drive continuous improvement.
