Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economic Development, Business Administration, Public Administration, Community Development, or related field.
• Five years of increasingly responsible experience in economic development, community development, or capital project construction initiatives.
• Master's degree in related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic and operational partner to the Executive Director, translating priorities into clear next steps, timelines, and follow-through.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare briefing materials and presentations for key decisions and stakeholder engagements.
• Manage a portfolio of projects from planning through execution, with scopes, timelines, budgets, and dashboards.
• Establish and maintain systems for tracking outcomes, progress reports, and governance documentation.
