• Collaborate with partners and sponsors to define scope, budget and resources.
• Manage and archive project documents, plans, schedules and scorecards.
• Guide delivery by meeting due dates, handling changes, and escalating risks.
• Convene and document project meetings for stakeholders and teams.
• Contribute to culture of operational improvement through retrospectives.
• Promote continuous improvement across multiple teams and processes.
