Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead construction projects within SDI Services, ensuring successful completion from inception to delivery. You will oversee budgets, schedules, and coordination among Owners, Architects, and Subcontractors.

Responsibilities include negotiating contracts, establishing procedures, and maintaining strict safety practices. This role reports to SDI Services and requires strong leadership across diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of project management experience in construction or infrastructure.
• Experience leading large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong budgeting, GMP/Lump Sum contract knowledge and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall project management to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Manage multiple or large, complex projects with diverse teams.
• Estimate, establish budgets and contract pricing (GMP/Lump Sum).
• Negotiate subcontract and material purchases for cost efficiency.
• Set up procedures to assure timely buyout, shop drawing approval and material delivery.
• Keep project on schedule and within budget.
• Build and maintain relationships with Owner, Architect, and Subcontractors.
• Collaborate with Superintendent on safety planning and implementation.
• Provide timely and accurate reporting to management.
