Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a Traveling Construction Superintendent to oversee commercial ground-up projects across the Southeastern United States. This role requires hands-on leadership, on-site presence, and frequent travel to project sites.

Experience with Bib Box Retail and Self-Storage projects is a plus; proficiency in Procore or similar management software is preferred. The ideal candidate will manage field operations, coordinate subcontractors, ensure safety and quality, and keep detailed

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction, including ground-up and tenant improvement projects.
• Proven track record managing complex builds from mobilization through closeout.
• Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction management tools.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, sequencing, and subcontractor coordination.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• OSHA30 Certification preferred.
• Must be willing and able to travel extensively and remain on-site for project duration.
