Allied Universal Technology Services is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead electronic security installation projects, including scheduling, procurement, and budgeting. You will manage budgets, change orders, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery across multiple projects, with focus on communication with vendors and customers.

Ideal candidates bring leadership, strong MS Office skills, and experience in security systems.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Factory certifications in relevant technology platforms are a plus.
• 3+ years in electronic security or 2+ years in related low-voltage field.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint).
• Ability to work independently and handle complex tasks.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Leadership and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with strict deadlines.
• Willingness to conduct site walks and attend onsite customer meetings.

Aufgaben

• Maintain active communication with vendors and customers to reflect revenue and growth.
• Allocate resources through project planning to meet objectives.
• Develop knowledge of industry practices across markets.
• Handle changes in project scope and pricing; prepare Change Orders.
• Support invoicing and collections; monitor ERP reports and follow up.
• Manage project budget and P&L responsibilities.
• Prepare installation plans and job procedures.
• Coordinate construction schedules and task scheduling with other trades.
• Maintain records of status, changes, and material flow.
• Define problems using financial and contract tools to ensure profitability.
• Plan and schedule engineering, installation, and subcontracting for large/complex systems.
• Supervise installation labor and subcontractors.
• Prioritize workload to ensure timely delivery within budget.
• Troubleshoot project issues and engage management as needed.
• Develop fallback and contingency plans.
