Job summary

Stone Security, a BearCom company, is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to lead security integration projects from initiation through delivery in the Garland area. You will oversee scope, budget, permits, subcontractors, and schedules, ensuring on-time, on-budget results while managing risks and stakeholders.

The role requires 5+ years in security and project management, strong communication, and familiarity with access control, video surveillance, and intrusion systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of security and project management experience.
• Experience in the construction field and security industry.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and SharePoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project progression from inception to completion, including permits, material delivery, contracting, and subcontractors.
• Maintain installation schedules and coordinate task scheduling with other trades.
• Manage project budget and profitability; handle change orders.
• Identify project risks and mitigation strategies and communicate with stakeholders.
• Plan and schedule engineering, installation, and subcontracting activities for assigned projects.
