Job summary

Stone Security, a BearCom company, is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to lead security integration projects across the Southeast, including access control, video surveillance and intrusion systems. You will oversee initiation, planning, execution, and close-out, coordinating with clients, subcontractors and internal teams to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of security and project management experience.
• Experience in construction field and security industry.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and SharePoint).
• Strong technical knowledge of access control, video surveillance, and intrusion.
• Ability to engage with all levels of management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee initiation to close-out of projects, including permits, materials, and subcontractors.
• Maintain installation schedules and coordinate task scheduling with other trades.
• Manage project budgets and profitability; handle change orders.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies; track issues and resolutions.
• Communicate progress with stakeholders and senior management.
• Plan engineering, installation, and subcontracting activities; manage multiple projects.
