Your Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Project Manager to join our Transportation group in Coral Gables, Tampa, and Jacksonville, Florida. This leadership role involves supervising a team, assigning tasks, checking work for accuracy and completeness, and maintaining schedules.

Your Key Responsibilities

1. Build and maintain strong client relationships to positively impact communities and foster team growth through challenging projects.
2. Develop value-added solutions for clients and lead contract pursuits for engineering and consulting services.
3. Enhance the company's profile within the transportation industry through participation in professional organizations.
4. Perform strategic planning and oversee execution for operations and business development.
5. Plan, organize, and supervise the work of transportation professionals.
6. Negotiate, plan, monitor, and deliver quality projects and services.
7. Review engineered designs and plans for conformance with standards.

Qualifications

Your Capabilities and Credentials

• Experience in designing roadway projects, with FDOT experience a plus.
• Understanding of all phases of project document production.
• Ability to discuss project issues effectively with clients and agencies.
• Excellent time-management skills, task scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
• Knowledge of codes, legal, and design requirements in relevant jurisdictions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and design software like Microstation and OpenRoads/Geopak.
• Experience in MOT analysis, roadway pavement design, and development.

Education and Experience

• B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) licensed in Florida.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive transportation engineering and project management experience.
