About The Position

We are seeking a self-motivated Senior Project Manager to join our Jacksonville, Florida office and lead our Transportation team. This leadership role involves managing operations and business development for our roadway practice in Florida, collaborating with the broader Transportation team to meet organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in transportation projects, strong leadership skills, and a solid work ethic. This position offers an opportunity to influence the growth of our Transportation practice and impact transportation services in the region.

The Senior Project Manager will lead project pursuits, engage with clients such as state DOTs, oversee daily operations, manage resources, and ensure project success. Responsibilities also include hiring, training, mentoring staff, and serving as technical leader to secure new opportunities and maintain high-quality standards.

Experience And Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering or Transportation Engineering
• 15 - 20 years of transportation/roadway and drainage design experience
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification required
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices
• Excellent organizational and management skills
• Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
