Job summary

MPI, a family owned, general contractor with over 50 years in business, is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Rhode Island. The role leads healthcare/hospital projects, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence while coordinating with clients and subcontractors on-site.

The right candidate will have 5–10+ years of PM experience with a GC, read plans and specs, and manage project financials with invoicing and requisitions. OSHA 30 and a construction-related degree are highly regarded.

Qualifications

Healthcare or hospital project experience required.
5–10+ years of PM experience with a General Contractor.
Ability to read and understand plans and specifications.
Familiarity with project financials – invoice approval and internal reporting.
OSHA 30 certification.
Construction-related degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Completing projects on time and within budget.
Processing/approving project invoices & client requisitions on time.
Monthly cost to complete / project financial projections.
Positive client feedback / satisfaction.
Collaborating & communicating with internal/external parties.
Managing multiple subcontractors on-site.
Touch every aspect of the business: financials, estimating, contracts, etc.

Job Description

The SPM is responsible for:

Completing projects on time and within budget
Processing/approving project invoices & client requisitions on time
Monthly cost to complete/project financial projections
Positive client feedback/satisfaction
Effectively collaborating & communicating with internal/external parties
Managing multiple subcontractors on-site
Touch every aspect of the business: financials, estimating, contracts, etc.
