Job summary

MPI seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee healthcare and commercial construction projects across Connecticut, based in Hartford. You will manage execution from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring schedule, budget, safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and coordination with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field personnel.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience within the construction industry.
  • Experience managing commercial construction projects.
  • Ability to oversee project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client relationships.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to commute to the Hartford, CT office and project locations throughout Connecticut.

  • Manage healthcare and commercial construction projects from planning through completion.

  • Report directly to senior leadership and collaborate closely with operational teams.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Healthcare construction experience.
  • Experience working on medical facility renovations or specialized healthcare environments.
  • Familiarity with Procore and other construction management software.
  • Experience managing projects valued up to $30M.

Job Offer
  • Compensation: $130,000 - $160,000 base salary, plus vehicle allowance, annual bonus, comprehensive benefits, and 4% 401(k) match.
  • Location: Hartford, CT (onsite) with project responsibilities throughout Connecticut.
  • Interview Process: Virtual meeting with leadership, followed by an onsite interview and offer stage.
