Job summary

International Erosion Control Association is seeking a Project Manager for Retail, Restaurant & Commercial Construction in Ohio. You will lead commercial construction projects with direct access to leadership, managing from preconstruction to closeout while aligning with the company’s growth plans and client expectations.

You will handle multi-project oversight, financials, scheduling, and client communication, with travel to active sites 1–4 times per month.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience independently managing multiple projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Background in retail, restaurant, tenant improvement, renovation, or ground-up construction.
• Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, subcontractor management, and client communication.
• Willingness to travel to active projects approximately 1–4 times per month.
• Interest in taking on greater responsibility and building a long-term career with the company.
