Job summary

International Erosion Control Association seeks a driven Project Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of commercial construction projects in the San Francisco market. You will manage full lifecycles from preconstruction to closeout, coordinating with owners, architects, and retailers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role emphasizes strong organization, proactive risk management, and a track record of delivering interior projects in occupied settings.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of project management in commercial construction.
• Experience delivering projects in the California market.
• Familiarity with San Francisco permitting, landlord coordination, and local subs.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction sequencing.
• Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project.
• Experience managing budgets and subcontractor scopes from bid to closeout.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of projects across the San Francisco market.
• Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor procurement.
• Serve as primary client contact with owners, landlords, architects, and brand reps.
• Coordinate design development, permit procurement, and landlord approvals.
• Track project costs, change orders, and billing to ensure financial performance.
• Collaborate with field Superintendents on schedule, logistics, and quality.
