Job summary

BG Staffing, Inc. is seeking a Senior Execution Project Manager to lead complex residential restoration and reconstruction projects across the Houston area.

You will coordinate with clients, insurance carriers, adjusters, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have 6–10 years of restoration experience, strong estimating and change-management skills, and a track record of delivering

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience managing residential and commercial restoration or reconstruction projects.
• Experience with fire, water, mold, storm, and insurance restoration.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and sequencing.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Xactimate estimating software.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience interpreting insurance estimates and identifying missing scope items.
• Strong budget management and cost control skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the Houston market.
