Qualifications

• Four-year degree; degree in Development Management, Engineering or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Advanced knowledge of construction processes, industry standards and best practices.
• Ability to lead and organize multiple projects with strong scheduling and budgeting oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of development projects including timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate on-site construction and vendor management across multiple sites.
• Ensure project milestones meet Target's quality standards and safety requirements.
• Communicate effectively among store groups, vendors, general contractors, field leadership and project teams.
