dotdotdash, part of Omnicom Advertising Group, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee a large, fast-paced program with multiple workstreams. You will deliver end-to-end on one or more workstreams, coordinate schedules, and manage budgets, timelines, and dependencies.

The role entails rigorous status reporting, client communication, and collaboration across Producers, Accounts, Creative, and Technology.

Formación

• 5-7 years of project-management experience in an agency environment.
• Strong fundamentals in planning, scheduling, status reporting, and risk/dependency tracking.
• Experience managing large multi-workstream programs with cross-team coordination.
• Hands-on end-to-end delivery of a workstream from briefing to final delivery.
• Proficiency with project-management tooling: Smartsheets, Productive, Workfront; Ariba for vendors; Microsoft D365 for finance.

Responsabilidades

• Support a large, fast-paced program with multiple workstreams; keep delivery organized.
• Own delivery of one or more workstreams from briefing through QA and final delivery.
• Coordinate team and client calendars; schedule meetings and reviews to ensure key people are in the room.
• Capture, track, and close feedback; ensure client requirements are met before delivery.
• Manage project status and keep client/internal documents up to date as the source of truth.
• Lead project budget tracking and analysis, monitor hours and costs against plan.
• Forecasting, burn reporting, and change orders when scope shifts; support leadership.
• Collaborate to track dependencies; maintain asset libraries with proper rights clearance.
