Job summary

AAlusion is seeking a Project Manager/Senior Project Manager to lead large, external-facing projects with end-to-end lifecycle responsibilities. This permanent remote role emphasizes scope, schedule, quality, resources, and risk management across client engagements.

You will facilitate cross-functional collaboration, drive project plans, and mentor others within the PMO while coordinating with internal teams and clients to deliver on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field; PM cert preferred.
• 7–10 years in project management.
• Experience with remote meeting tools (RingCentral/Zoom, Teams, GoTo Meeting, WebEx, Google Meets).
• Ability to facilitate remote meetings, ensure engagement and inclusion, and protect PHI security.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple large-scale external projects with scope, schedule, quality, resources, and risk management.
• Conduct on-site client meetings to scope end-to-end projects and define milestones.
• Develop full-scale project plans and manage all lifecycle phases from initiation to close.
• Analyze business requirements to guide design and delivery of technical solutions.
• Coordinate team communication and prioritize tasks across stakeholders.
• Mentor PMO peers and help design PM practices and tools.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular status updates.
• Identify system and process improvements to optimize delivery.
