Job summary

Campos EPC, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager in San Diego, CA to lead complex projects involving regulatory compliance and wildfire mitigation initiatives. Ideal candidates have 5–6+ years in similar programs, a PMP credential, and a preference for PE licensure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree or higher in engineering, business management, or equivalent.
• PMP certification required; other PM certifications may be considered.
• PE license preferred but not required; relevant experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Understand and communicate client requirements, regulatory obligations, project assumptions, and delivery risks to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project parameters including scope, schedules, milestones, dependencies, responsibilities, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate cross-functional work among technical, regulatory, legal, analytical, data, and management teams.
• Track deliverables, risks, issues, decisions, actions, and inputs; escalate as needed and craft resolution plans.
• Lead working sessions, stakeholder reviews, and status meetings to drive items to closure.
• Coordinate QA/QC of deliverables for completeness, accuracy, and regulatory alignment.
• Prepare concise status updates, materials, analyses, and closeout documentation for clients and management.
