The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams, assess risks, prepare executive updates, and drive continuous improvement in program execution, with remote work and approximately 15% travel to Dublin, San Ramon, and Rocklin.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program management, governance, regulatory affairs, audit, assurance, or related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Experience translating regulatory requirements into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and drive accountability for deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Support governance, implementation, and oversight of Wildfire Mitigation Plan commitments across multiple programs.
• Evaluate objectives, regulatory requirements, progress, and performance outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor commitments and ensure alignment with goals and regulatory expectations.
• Develop and maintain governance documentation (plans, work plans, Define Phase Packages, closure packages, evidence).
• Identify risks, dependencies, performance gaps, and barriers to execution.
• Review supporting documentation to verify commitments and outcomes have been met.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings to drive accountability and decision-making.
• Analyze performance, milestones, budgets, and data to identify trends and improvements.
• Develop recommendations and corrective action plans to address challenges and mitigate risks.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, status reports, and governance updates.
• Improve processes for governance visibility, budgeting, accountability, and regulatory reporting.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives for timely completion of commitments.
