Qualifications

• 7 years of program or project management, governance, compliance, or related experience.
• Ability to understand complex business programs and evaluate outcomes.
• Experience supporting regulatory, governance, or performance management programs.
• Translate requirements into actionable plans and measurable deliverables.
• Monitor program performance, milestones, budgets, and objectives.
• Influence stakeholders and drive accountability in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as governance partner for implementation and oversight of wildfire mitigation commitments.
• Develop deep understanding of wildfire programs, regulatory commitments, and performance outcomes.
• Monitor commitment execution and assess alignment with business activities and regulatory requirements.
• Create and maintain governance artifacts (Define Phase Packages, Work Plans, Closure Packages).
• Evaluate performance, identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional sessions to drive accountability and decision-making; resolve issues.
