Job summary

Enterris Associates, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager II to lead recovery and rebuild programs—from programming through close-out—coordinating roads, water, sewer, and stormwater with owners, design consultants, utilities, and agencies in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have at least 10 years of PM experience, strong communication and facilitation skills, and a track record delivering multi-discipline infrastructure projects. California exposure of value.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of project management experience.
• Experience managing projects through programming, design, permitting, construction, and close-out.
• Ability to develop and control project scope, budget, and schedule.
• Experience coordinating horizontal infrastructure (roads, water, sewer, stormwater).
• Strong oral and written communication and meeting facilitation.
• Ability to manage all aspects of a project and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage recovery and rebuild capital projects from programming to close-out.
• Develop and monitor project scope, budget, and schedule; identify risks and actions.
• Coordinate feasibility studies, conditions assessments, and construction documents.
• Coordinate interdependent infrastructure to function as an integrated network.
• Coordinate pre-design and construction activities with stakeholders and agencies.
• Lead stakeholder meetings; communicate status, issues, and decisions clearly.
• Negotiate and process change orders; evaluate cost and schedule impacts.
