Triangle DeCon Services Inc. is seeking two Project Managers (Level II or Level III) to assist in managing recovery and rebuild capital projects for Los Angeles County Department of Public Works.

Candidates should have at least 10 years of project management experience and hold a licensed professional credential or CCM, with a background in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields.

Formación

• Minimum 10 years (PM II) or 15 years (PM III) of project management experience.
• Licensed professional or Certified Construction Manager (CCM).
• Education background in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage all aspects of a project.
• Ability to develop and control project scope, budget, and schedule.
• Skilled in reviewing and coordinating feasibility studies, conditions assessments, and construction documents.
• Ability to coordinate interdependent infrastructure systems including roads, water, sewer, and stormwater so they function together as an integrated network.
• Ability to effectively facilitate project team, client, and community stakeholder meetings.
• Ability to effectively negotiate and prepare change orders.
• Ability to effectively monitor and coordinate pre-design and construction activities with the various project stakeholders, including utilities, permitting agencies, and partner jurisdictions.
• Ability to adapt and respond effectively to project issues and challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to set and manage project expectations.

This is a full-time position with Los Angeles County Department of Public Works.

Public Works, Rebuild Authority, is seeking two (2) experienced Project Managers (Level II or Level III) to assist in managing recovery and rebuild capital projects. Candidates are required to have at least 10 years of experience in managing projects through programming, design, permitting, construction, and close-out.

Required Experience:

Candidates are required to possess the following:

1. Minimum 10 years (PM II) or 15 years (PM III) of project management experience.
2. Licensed professional or Certified Construction Manager (CCM).
3. Education background in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
4. Effective oral and written communication skills.
5. Ability to independently manage all aspects of a project.

7. Skilled in reviewing and coordinating the preparation of feasibility studies, conditions assessments, and construction documents.

Preferred:

1. • Experience with disaster recovery or post‑disaster rebuild projects.
