Job summary

CLMI Group is seeking two experienced Project Managers II/III to lead recovery and rebuild capital projects for the Los Angeles area. You will oversee project scope, budget, and schedule, coordinating with utilities, agencies, and a broad team of stakeholders to deliver complex capital projects.

The roles require at least 10 years of project management experience, a licensed professional or CCM, and an educational background in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience managing projects through programming, design, permitting, construction, and close-out.
• PM II requires 10 years; PM III requires 15 years of project management experience.
• Licensed professional or CCM certification.
• Educational background in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage all aspects of a project.
• Ability to develop and control project scope, budget, and schedule.
• Experience coordinating feasibility studies, conditions assessments, and construction documents.
• Coordinate interdependent infrastructure systems (roads, water, sewer, stormwater).
• Facilitate project team, client, and community stakeholder meetings.
• Negotiate and prepare change orders.
• Monitor pre-design and construction activities with utilities, permitting agencies, and partner jurisdictions.
• Adapt to fast-paced environment; set and manage expectations.
