JLL in Chandler, AZ is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to support multiple projects, coordinate with vendors, and manage budgets. You will work with internal stakeholders and contractors to deliver on time and within scope.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of relevant experience in relocation, construction, or real estate project delivery, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office; on-site role with benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant work experience or equivalent mix of experience/education.
• Ability to prepare and track budgets.
• Understanding of technical requirements for relocation, construction, and renovation projects.
• Adapt and prioritize deadlines in fast-paced team or independent environments.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication with architects, contractors, clients, and team members.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Support project executives on multiple projects and assignments.
• Develop scope and schedule for assigned projects.
• Identify and address areas of concern regarding risk, budget, and scope.
• Coordinate and track all Vendor RFPs.
• Interact and negotiate with contractors and subcontractors.
• Prepare/update project status reports, process invoices, and maintain files for due diligence and financials.
• Track project performance against schedules and critical path.
• Coordinate subcontractors and relocation of technical functions.
• Demonstrate proactive focus on meeting client and project requirements.
• Assist Local Project Development Services team in meeting AGM targets.
• Demonstrate proficiency in using Project Development Services technology for assigned projects.
