JLL in Tucson, AZ seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead on-site delivery for a major client account. You will oversee budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and coordination of consultants and contractors to achieve project goals.

Candidates should have 10+ years in project administration and a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field; strong communication and client-relations skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Accounting, Business, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management strongly preferred.
• 10+ years of practical experience in project administration.
• Ability to read design development and construction documents.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional demeanor and literacy with project software and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Directly responsible for overall project management delivery on account.
• Develop project budget including hard costs and soft costs and firm knowledge of construction cost/benefit analysis.
• Lead cost saves/avoidance; perform negotiations and value engineering.
• Assemble and manage required teams of consultants and contractors.
• Maintain client relationships and manage conflict resolution.
• On-site supervision to ensure project performance criteria are met.
• Risk management and compliance with client procedures and JLL playbooks.
