Jobot is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Senior Project Manager) for North Bay commercial construction in Petaluma, CA. You will oversee public works projects from inception through completion, coordinating teams, budgets, and schedules while reporting to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5-15 years of Public Works Construction experience.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar managerial role.
• Experience in project management, from conception to delivery.
• Solid knowledge of construction procedures, material, and project management principles.
• Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
• A team player with leadership abilities.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of the project life cycle including scope, schedule, resources, quality, costs and change.
• Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate managers and technical personnel.
• Oversee the procurement process and coordinate material and resources allocation.
• Review proposed modifications on project plans and approve beneficial changes.
• Interact with clients to interpret needs and represent them in the field.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards and report issues.
• Monitor project progress and produce detailed reports on milestones and deliverables.
• Anticipate details of future projects by communicating with customers and staying informed of industry trends.
