Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager in Texas to lead complex, multi-site programs for public safety technology deployments. You will drive rollout of SVX devices, oversee AI and DEMS integrations, and act as the main liaison between Engineering, Product and customer stakeholders.

The role requires a PMP certification, a Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years in PM, the ability to obtain a background clearance, and travel 50–75% to meet project needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the rollout of SVX devices with Bluetooth/LTE connectivity.
• Oversee AI workflow integrations and DEMS/LPR-related tasks.
• Serve as primary liaison between Engineering, Product and customers.
• Manage multi-site programs unifying LMR, LTE, video and analytics.
• Deliver contractual scope on schedule and within budget.
• Influence cross-functional teams to ensure a unified ecosystem.
• Guide agencies through transitioning to the converged SVX platform.
