Job summary

HTC Global Services is seeking a Senior IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead enterprise modernization programs across network, cloud, data center, and cybersecurity domains.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and executives, drive governance, and manage budgets and schedules using Jira and Confluence. A PMP and advanced Jira/Confluence skills are required, with hybrid work flexibility in a large-scale environment.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive project management experience leading enterprise infrastructure, cloud, data center, network, cybersecurity, and modernization initiatives.
Active PMP certification.
Experience delivering large-scale infrastructure programs with cross-functional teams, vendors, and executive stakeholders.
Advanced Jira usage and administration.
Confluence administration and documentation governance experience.
Infrastructure and cloud migration experience.
Experience managing multiple concurrent enterprise programs exceeding $1 million in total project value.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple concurrent IT infrastructure and operations projects involving network, server, cloud, cybersecurity, and technology modernization initiatives.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, risk registers, and project documentation.
Coordinate with technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, external partners, and executive leadership to support successful project delivery.
Use Jira to manage project execution, track deliverables and dependencies, and provide program-level reporting and visibility.
Administer Confluence spaces and maintain project documentation, knowledge repositories, decision logs, and operational procedures.
Manage SharePoint Online sites, project portals, and document repositories to support collaboration, records management, and project governance.
Facilitate project meetings, stakeholder reviews, and technical working sessions while tracking action items through completion.
Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and resource constraints, recommending solutions to leadership.
Improve project management processes, governance standards, reporting practices, and operational efficiency.

Position Overview

Lead complex enterprise technology initiatives supporting infrastructure modernization, cloud transformation, cybersecurity, networking, and operational improvements. This senior-level role offers the opportunity to coordinate large-scale technology programs, collaborate with executive leadership and technical teams, manage vendor relationships, and drive effective project governance across multiple concurrent initiatives.

The successful candidate will bring extensive enterprise project management experience, strong Jira and Confluence administration capabilities, and a proven track record of delivering infrastructure transformation programs.
