Citadel CPM is seeking experienced Project Managers in California to oversee public Stormwater and Road projects from planning through close-out. You will coordinate with agencies, define scopes, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years (PM I) or 10 years (PM II) of project management and field construction experience.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in project planning and development and managing budgets and schedules.
• Ability to independently manage all aspects of a project and coordinate stakeholders.
• Knowledge of CEQA/NEPA and infrastructure project delivery.
