Job summary

K2 Group, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to support the Headquarters, Installation Management Command (IMCOM) in ensuring the safety and security of its installations. This role involves leading multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive evaluations and inspections across various Army installations.

The ideal candidate will have a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, 10 years of management experience, and active Secret Clearance. Extensive travel across both CONUS and OCONUS locations is required, along with the ability to synthesize installation-level protection data to influence enterprise-level policies.

Qualifications

• 10 years of related management experience on similar programs and contracts.
• Familiarity with core Protection Program areas such as Antiterrorism and Cybersecurity.
• Ability to travel extensively to CONUS and OCONUS Army installations.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams for garrison evaluations and inspections.
• Act as liaison between HQ IMCOM leadership and subcontractors.
• Develop and maintain Quality Control Plans and manage rigorous inspection procedures.
• Identify trends and gaps influencing IMCOM policies and training.
• Submit all mission-critical documentation timely.
