Job summary

KBR is seeking an Installation Manager to serve as the primary focal point for all installation Delivery Orders, from proposal development through award, execution, and closeout. The role is onsite at the Pentagon in Washington, DC, guiding multi-discipline teams to deliver complex security systems on time and within contract requirements.

You will develop PoPs, manage schedules, ensure qualified personnel, coordinate with program management, engineering, logistics, and customers, and identify

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in project planning for security systems and managing installation personnel.
• Minimum 7 years working with complex security systems.
• PMI PMP, Scrum, Agile, or Program Management certification.
• Bachelor’s Degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as focal point for installation Delivery Orders from proposal through award and closeout.
• Develop, manage, and maintain PoP and installation schedules.
• Ensure qualified personnel and technical resources are available for delivery orders.
• Manage staffing to avoid negative impact on other programs.
• Plan and oversee technical security system installation activities.
• Coordinate with program management, engineering, logistics, and customers.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and propose value engineering.
