Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering or Business from an accredited university or a four-year college degree in an engineering discipline.
• Master’s Degree is preferred, however not required.
• Experience: 10 or more years of progressively more responsible previous experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including MS Project, with strength in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is a plus. Experience with AutoCAD 3D and Revit is a plus.
• Strong leadership skills that highlight client satisfaction, quality, and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Manage the development of all project deliverables and quality standards to meet client requirements.
• Develop plans for executing and controlling projects, including schedules, budgets, and change management.
• Coordinate meetings, track invoicing, and ensure timely payments to sub-contractors.
• Monitor engineering calculations and review contractor deliverables for timeliness and accuracy.
• Provide direction to the team and maintain positive internal morale.
• Travel periodically to client facilities or suppliers in North America or internationally.
