Job summary

ARB, Inc. is seeking a Gas Operations Project Manager in Pittsburg, CA to lead cost estimation and project coordination for gas construction projects. You will work closely with the Division Manager and field teams to drive safety, schedule adherence, and cost control.

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily huddles with the project team (Super/FM/Field Engineers).
  • Review and discuss project schedules, costs and progress with PCA and leadership.
  • Prepare field reports and verify daily Reports (HCSS).
  • Coordinate with Estimating, Estimators and field staff to ensure accurate scope and costs.
  • Ensure safety and compliance with client requirements and EHS practices.

We are seeking an experienced Gas Operations Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates for gas construction projects. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with our project management and field teams. Primary Responsibilities Include:Report to and assist Division ManagerBusiness casual attireJob site safety requirements as required by the client (long sleeves, steel toe boots, etc.).Safety equipment as required by the client (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, respirator, hearing protection, safety harness with lanyard, etc.).Participation in meetings, in person preferred.Daily huddles with direct project team (Super/FM/Field Engineers)Huddle boards built around Quality, Quantity (production), and SafetyDiscuss obstacles that have been encountered, work to resolveAction items around obstacles and missing goalsReal-time feedback for your direct reportsWeekly dialogue around performanceReview production with Super/FMFocus on the underperformers by observing their schedulesDaily production performance reviewField observations of top performers to take away efficiencies and communicate to teamWork Schedules: Salaried: 0700 – 1530 Hrs.
