Elecnor Hawkeye, a leading engineering, construction, and infrastructure firm in New Jersey, seeks a Sr. Project Manager to lead UGT power-utility projects. You will develop schedules, coordinate with clients, oversee resources and budgets, and ensure safety and quality compliance.

You will act as the primary customer contact, drive issue resolution, manage change orders, and report progress to stakeholders while maintaining strong client relationships and proactive problem-solving.

Qualifications

10–15 years of project management experience in utilities or construction utilities.
Ability to organize and manage multiple project assignments simultaneously.
Strong analytical, verbal, written, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee project labor force, ensuring efficient allocation and performance.
Budgets, schedules, and customer communications, ensuring alignment with contract documents.
Develop project execution plans in accordance with the contract documents and company standards.
Act as the customer's main contact, facilitating regular updates and issue resolution.
Develop and maintain the project master budget and schedule, and track progress against milestones.
Provide the customer with status reports on all projects, including variance reporting and contract progress monitoring.
Track all change orders and ensure prompt closeout of all assigned projects, including final billing and as-built records.
Monitor and control project expenditures, ensuring accurate recording of invoices, claims, and supplier/subcontractor costs.
