Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' project management experience in utility or construction.
• Ability to organize multiple projects, strong communication and teamwork.
• Proactive, self-directed and capable of independent work.
• Strong MS Office skills including Excel; knowledge of MS Project/Primavera a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project labor force, ensuring efficient allocation and performance.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and customer communications in line with contracts.
• Develop project execution plans and coordinate with internal teams.
• Serve as the primary customer contact and provide regular updates.
• Track changes, monitor expenditures, and ensure closeout with final billing.
