You will mentor teams, guide project delivery, and support business development to grow client relationships. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years in project or program management, strong client relationships, and proven success delivering complex power

• 15+ years of project or program management experience.
• Experience delivering large, multi-project programs.
• Strong client relationships and business development credibility.
• Ability to lead complex power delivery projects from pursuit to closeout.

Responsabilidades

• Function as senior project/program manager for large, complex programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Deliver results on time, with high quality, within budget and strong profitability.
• Develop project approach, work plan, staffing, scope, schedule, budget, and performance expectations.
• Lead teams, mentor managers, and coordinate subconsultants and partners.
• Maintain proactive client communication, identify risks, and resolve issues promptly.
• Support proposals, pursue business development, and cultivate client relationships.
