Job summary

PNC is seeking an experienced Project Manager III to support and advance the PMO across software and business operations initiatives. Based in Naples, FL, Pittsburgh, PA, or other locations, you will lead cross-functional projects, drive governance, and mature PMO practices.

You’ll partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to clarify scope, manage dependencies, and deliver executive-ready status updates.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex cross-functional software and business operations initiatives.
• Ability to clarify scope, requirements, dependencies, and readiness.
• Experience supporting PMO governance: intake, milestones, risk, and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication for executive updates.

Responsibilities

• Maintain portfolio-level visibility with project health, milestones, risks, and capacity reporting.
